Sectional top and side seals are Cleverseal’s longest standing product lines.

Top and side seals are designed to be affixed to the interior face of the garage door opening with the brush set so that it is concealed just in from the edge of the garage door opening. When the seal engages the door it will be under compression and flatten against the door, becoming visible from outside.

When installed correctly, the seals reduce airflow into the garage by 96% and will provide excellent service and an extremely effective solution to eliminating all those annoying undesirable intrusions, dust, draughts, flying, crawling, slithering pests, and of course seal out hot and cold winds.

Had mine for 10 years and it is brilliant

Beyond just keeping out pests and dust, the Cleverseal Product helps blocks cold breezes in winter, keeping the overall house warmer. An unexpected win was how much quieter the whole house is, as it blocks traffic noise from the street, to the extent of improving our sleep.

Happy with the system, will purchase again.

I ordered a garage door seal from Cleverseal a couple of years ago and recently needed to purchase a flame retardant system to BAL 12.5 for three sets of garage doors. It’s great that the Cleverseal brush covers the industry standard for flame retardant and supply all the necessary fixings to install it. Happy with the system, will purchase again.

After installation we were most impressed

Posted by Colin, Ballina, NSW, Australia on 28th Mar 2017

We have used Cleverseal product on a previous residence which had a very difficult door that had been poorly fitted with variable gaps, the garage needed to serve a dual purpose of an occasional family room, and it was attached to the house which was next to the bush [National Park], so we wanted a good seal. After installation we were most impressed, and it stopped insects/dust from getting into the garage space, and the service was very friendly. Upon retiring and relocation to Ballina we contacted Cleverseal once more to seal out the warm air coming in around our garage door, which again is attached to the house, and in this case North facing, so subject to occasional warm Northerly winds, and we want to improve on the good installation we currently have. We believe that a warm garage can warm the house up, as it had adjoining walls, and this is what we don’t want. It's also nice on a hot day to jump in a car that has been parked in a cool garage. We have a solar system installed as well as some efficient insulation, and we are trying to live sustainably with low power consumption, and believe that the Cleverseal products will help us achieve this.
