Cleverseal Door Dam G3 works by diverting the path of rainwater. Door Dam G3 is a unique floor mounted threshold seal, made of hard-wearing aluminium with PVC suction cups and is a long-term solution to creeping water soaking your garage floor.
Door Dam G3 is now even stronger for commercial use, being able to withstand the weight of a 25-tonne vehicle. This makes it ideal for commercial use.
Benefits of Cleverseal Door Dam Water Threshold Seal:
- Easy to install behind the line of the garage door in a u-shaped catchment, to create a mini dam inside the line of your garage.
- The water barrier seal keeps water out, so you don't have to worry about timber and gyprock walls getting damaged. It also means anything you store on the garage floor will remain dry - no more storing tools and boxes up high - make use of the floor space without worrying about water damage.
- Best suited for level, flat concrete floors, it literally acts as a door seal weather strip, effectively keeping out water. It's mounted with screws rather than glue for a reliable and long-lasting fit. The yellow rubber insert makes fixing and finishing easy.
