Cleverseal Warranty Terms and Conditions
The warranty terms applicable to Cleverseal products. By purchasing and/or installing Cleverseal products, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Warranty Period
Cleverseal offers a 60 (Sixty) month full product replacement warranty on proven manufacturing faults from the original date of sale.
2. Warranty Claim Requirements
• Proof of purchase (original invoice showing date of sale within 60 months)
• Photographic evidence of the claimed defect or manufacturing fault
• Product details and installation information
• Return of the product to Cleverseal’s NSW factory for assessment if requested
3. Replacement Conditions
Replacement product will be supplied in the same quantity and type as originally invoiced where available. If the original product is no longer available, an equivalent product will be supplied at the time of claim. Replacement will only be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned faulty product and approval of the warranty claim.
4. Costs and Freight
All costs associated with returning faulty products, including packaging, freight, and insurance, are the responsibility of the claimant. Cleverseal does not cover any costs associated with dismantling, reinstallation, or transportation of replacement products.
5. Exclusions
• Incorrect installation or installation not in accordance with Cleverseal instructions
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, chemicals, or environmental exposure
• Unauthorised modification or repair
• Normal wear and tear or accidental damage
• Use outside of specified product application
• Damage to Cinderseal products caused by intense heat or conflagration
6. Liability Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Cleverseal disclaims all liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage arising from use, installation, or failure of the product, including loss of property or costs associated with product replacement or recall.
7. General Conditions
This warranty is Return-to-Base (RTB) only and does not include labour or on-site service. The warranty is non-transferable, valid only within Australia, and void if the product is not returned in suitable packaging. Cleverseal reserves the right to modify or withdraw products and specifications without notice.
