Placing orders
You will be able to place orders online right through Christmas and New Year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Despatch dates for all products
The last day for all orders to be despatched / sent is 11am AEST December 16, 2024. Please note we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas at any time. Our freight carriers during the Christmas period experience delays across their network. As a result, please expect longer than usual timeframes for your delivery. Any orders received after 12pm December 16, 2024 will be despatched / sent from when we reopen on January 6, 2025.
Manufacture queue dates
All orders placed during our closure period December 20 2024 – January 5, 2025 will go into the manufacturing queue and will be manufactured when our factory re-opens on January 6, 2025, on a “first ordered – first to be manufactured” basis.
Courier delivery cut off dates and delivery time frames
Although we use Australia's most reputable couriers, they also have a break and slow down their services over the Christmas and New Year Period. This affects all the products we supply.
Order placed after 11am AEST on December 16, 2024, will despatched from when we re-open on January 6, 2025. Due to the growing popularity of online shopping, shipping times may also be delayed.
Order tracking
Once your order has been despatched, you will be notified of the Consignment ID number and you can track your order via the Border Express website, or the Transdirect website, depending on which company delivers your order.
Sales and customer service
The sales office and customer support department will be closed from December 20, 2024 and will reopen on January 6, 2025. We will respond to your enquires on our return.
